You can't learn Italian on the web -- or any other language, at that.

I'm pretty sure there are websites where you can learn some basic words and phrases, but not enough to maintain a conversation and understand when someone speaks to you. You need to learn grammar and syntaxis to do that, and practise a lot.

Italian is my native language. If there's anything specific that you want to know, I can help, though.

well...i took italian in high school for 2 years, but what really helped me is going to italian chatrooms. really, you should try it. at first i was so confused but now i know italian online slang and whatnot. yahoo.it has a good one and you can get there on your yahoo.com ID. good luck, and if you would like any help learning the language, feel free to email me! floppyduck339@yahoo.com
