I got those workout DVD's they were giving away at McDonalds with a the purchase of a salad...they are actually pretty good and quick.

Also, I like to walk after work. It helps me wind down and doubles as exercise.

Have you been to curves...Its a womens gym and it is only a 30 min workout routine 3 times a week. I go and have lost what a needed to :)
