find something mutually irritating to the both of you, say your at the bus stop and a nasty bus with all kinds of smoke blows by and dusts you and it stinks! So, make a witty comment/joke about it. By her reaction to the earlier event, you know she hates the smoke, and you hate the smoke, so its safe to joke in a rude manner about the smokey city bus.

bump into her on purpose and make her spill somethin and then offer to pay for or meal becuase of the wet food. and tell her you would like to take her out for a new meal. and if she askes for the money for the new meal at that moment act like u are in a rush and give her your number to set up a date.

Ask for a smoke, then ask her name, they when she asks why, say "cause I wanna know who to thank", then just talk like you are lost, ask for directions, and keep the convo rolling. But make sure she isnt with anyone. Trust me, it will come natural
