Are psychedelic mushrooms dangerous?

I know this guy who uses shrooms every week. He said that he only takes enough to give him a "small" high. What are the dangers of doing this? He also smokes a lot of marijuana, cigarettes, and drinks frequently.

out of the 4 things you said he does, the tobacco and alcohol are the two main threats.

mushrooms and marijuana are herbal.. so they dont really have a bad physical effect, but they do have mental ones.
