how come talking about your problems helps you feel better?

It helps you mentally sort out everything that has been bothering you and by verbally talking about it unlocks the part of your brain that has been keeping it inside.

it helps because speaking out your mind is the solution and cure to many problems. the more communication gap, the more problems are there. discussing and talking out relaxes you and also you get solutions to the problems

because u r getting it out and not keeping it bottled up inside. also when u talk about it, it helps get rid of the thought verses u have to constantly think about it.

cause it's releasing your anxiety, which comes from your problem
it doesn't make you feel better if you hear negative comments
