If I were you, and this really beautiful girl liked me deeply, I'd like her as more than a friend. ;-)
But if you REALLY don't want her (as crazy and wierd as that is), just tell her so that she can go and find someone that likes her and who will be good to her.

yes tell her... when someone is in love they dont take hints very well and the slightest hope will only lead her on. everyone goes through loving someone who cant return the feelings. it will hurt and it sucks but in this case the sooner the better.
