Good question and yes it does. If Russia gets involved and there is an invasion of Israel by Russia along with an alliance of Arab nations we could be seeing the fulfilment of Ezekiel 38 and 39 which would mean the rapture of the church and the tribulation which follows is very close indeed. We'll see.
I totally agree with you though. I have peace about the Middle East because I am a follower of Jesus and I know when all the bad stuff goes down I will be with Him in heaven forever. Praise be to God.

I hate to say it, but you're more likely to scare of a curious non-believer with talk like that than convert anyone. Endure the flames of HELL, SINNER! And what does the fire and brimstone speech have to do with the war or TBN movies?
What if Steven Jesse Bernstein was a prophet and no one cared to notice?
What if I have carrots instead of pumpkin with my pork chops?
What if Israel set up the border raid as an excuse to go to war (a trick quite neatly learnt from the Nazis)
What if?
What if?
What if?
EDIT
JESUS. THe two of you are loving the fact that innocent people are being bombed here because it may or may not be an indication of a fulfilment of something that stands next to, in literary terms, a passage that implores me to stone my unruly son to death and sings the praises of dashing an infants head against the rocks (Happy, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the rock)
Do you get just how ****** THAT IS?

Many bible prophecies are comming true. Though Isreal did become a country or whatever, what like 50 years ago? We will not truly know when the end comes. We can guess, but the bible itself tells us that we will never know the exact time and or day. Its been freaking me out ever since I read revelation 10+ years ago. I'm not scared so much about it actualy happening, I mean i'm pretty sure my soul is safe. But nobody can know for sure. And I am only 24, I still have alot to live for, I have many goals that I would like to accomplish. heck i've wanted to go to england since I could talk. Why? I have no freaking clue.

properly, the way Israel replaced into created (a large style of land robbery, ethnic cleansing etc etc.) pissed off a large style of people yet it really is not why they're nevertheless at warfare, the clarification they're locked into an infinite warfare is that even inspite of the actuality that they received the prompt wars antagonistic to the Arab states, the coolest effect replaced into easily to their draw back and to the convenience of the Arabs (except the Palestinian Arabs), they're now locked in an infinite strive against with the Palestinians of Gaza and the West monetary organization. in the experience that that they had left those 2 areas for the Arab international places that were on good of issues (Jordan and Egypt) then Israel may haven't any difficulty at present, yet i imagine that the Arabs wanted it to be that way so that they could have a buffer state (Gaza/West monetary organization) between their international places and Israel for Israeli warmongers to take out their energies on. that is merciless yet it really is how they prefer it to be, it really is why neither Jordan nor Egypt will settle for to take lower back that land.

Nope. I know the muslims would like to think they are beginning the apocolypse and that Islam will triumph. But the truth is they are pathetically weak compared to the rest of the world. The real question is if we are going to take out Iran or not. If yes, islam will be finished as a totalitarian movement in the world. The war will barely last a couple of months. In a couple of generations, no one will know what Islam even is.
