okay i flat iron my hair just bout everyday and when i dont do that i usually put a lot of hairspray and gel in there. i kno it bad but i cant stop. my hair falls out so much that i have so little hair now and its really thin. do u kno of any products that will make it thicker longer and make it grow quicker? thanks!

first dont use so much hair sprays that causes dry, brittle hair which results in hair loss. Your also using too much heat with the sprays and gels. I use Mane 'N Tail hair care products and they wokr great. Get the original from the comapny called Straight Arrow. Get your hair clipped to remove damage hair then start using the Mane 'N Tail Products.

u have to stop flat ironing your hair. thats why your hair is falling out. try a deep conditioner.
