wtf 66 million???? What pray tell are we doing sending that much money out of our country when we have so many states in the red???
They want to send the money, but only if Mexico hands over some cop killers....totally figures. Mexico never sends the criminals like that back over here. That has been a problem for YEARS !!

Some countries will not extradite someone to a country that has the death penalty...which is what this sounds like.
