1) English is considered to be international business language so it is must. Even Japanese & Chinese businessmen who did not speak English in the past are more inclined in learning English language now.
2) Second important language to learn is the language of the country where you do your business. If you are doing business in CIS, you should learn Russian, if your business is in Middle East you need to learn ARABIC and so on.
So it depends where your business ties are.
3) These days a huge number of supplying sources are based in China even big manufacturers such as Michelin (French Tyre), Sony (Japanese Electronics) Diesel (American clothing Designer) all have started production in China therefore learning Chinese (Mandarin) would be a good choice.

It depends where you are doing business. Spanish is important in California but not as crucial in other states or countries. An Asian language is good to know considering there are a lot of Asians in the world. French is also good in some areas of the world. Arabic is important if you are in an oil industry or in the Middle East. It just depends on the type and place of the business. My vote would be for Spanish, Arabic, and an Asian language.

I would say French, Spanish, and Arabic. Here is why, due to so much conquering during the last couple of centuries the language of the conquerors are still quite alive and well. But the reason I mention Arabic is it is one of the fastest growing religions in the world. All the Imans of the world must read/write/speak Arabic to be an Iman. The people come to understand Islam through Arabic. Islam is in South East Asia, Europe, The Americas, Africa, And Obviously the Middle East. But Good luck with what ever you choose.

English is spoken worldwide, and is probably the most important language to know. Mandarin is probably the most useful Asian language to learn since China is such a huge market (Cantonese is regional and difficult to learn as a second language). As for European languages, if you're an engineer, German is useful. If you're interested in emerging markets, learn Russian. If you want to do business in Canada, learn French.

It depends on the business. My husband is a mechanical engineer and says if it is anything to do with manufacturing it would be Japanese, Chinese and Spanish. I didn't list english as you obviously already speak it.
