I really want to lose like 20 or 30 pounds in about 2 months (somethings happening then and I want to look good for it) any tips? Please????

4-6 small meals a day and lots of water. Water starts the day great and beleive it or not it really gets your metabolism going.

OK then. First don't starve yourself because that is a bad thing. Eat but not alot just normally. Now with the excercising do 20 pushups and 20 situps a day and drink alot of water. Do some walks early in the morning or really late at night but don't run because that just takes your energy away. Now with the eating i would suggest alot of pasta. Maybe going to the store and buying some whole grain pasta and some organic tomato sauce and cooking some spaghetti. Also try some sandwiches and some provolone cheese and some ham with wheat bread. Also a salad is good too.

Go to Atkins.com, read the info, throw out your carbs, & go for it!!! The first week or so is hard, but once you get past that, you're on your way. I lost about 20-25 pounds in a couple of months...slower beyond that point. Of course how fast you lose is also somewhat dependent on how much you need to lose in total, but Atkins works!!! I lost about 50 pounds total. I backed off following it strictly and gained some back, but I'm still about 35-40 pounds lighter than my starting point. I only backed off because I go to Europe often and had a hard time getting enough protein and veggies to stay satisfied while I was there. (They don't eat until very late, and come out with lots of bread - carbs - and when you are famished, it is hard to stay away from the heavy carbs, but you've got to stay away from the carbs and get lots of meat and veggies).

After you check out the web-site and get started, go get the book, read it, and do it right. Understanding what you are doing for yourself and why this works will greatly help your ability to stick with it! Also look for low-carb forums on the web...there are several that will be of help. I didn't use them much because I didin't have the time, but they seem to be of great help to some people. I remember the name of only one "Active low-carber" or something like that.

start cutting calories. drink your 8+ glasses of water per day. drink skim milk instead of regular, diet soda instead of regular, etc.
exercise 3x/wk at least. mix it up. do cardio as much as possible to help melt away pounds quick and add in some strength training to help build lean muscle which will help you burn more fat in the long run.
dont go on crash diets. the best way to do it is exercise. you'll look better all over!

Try 2 do exercise 4 at least 30 min. a day. Also, balance what u eat, and take a peek at the nutrition facts.

run about 5 miles daily for about 2 months, and dont eat lots of junk food.
or you can go into the Marine Corps.
I gained 10 lbs, but I was skinny then..

A balanced diet with light/fitness resistance training program and probably lots of running/ intense workouts.

Do you belong to a gym? If not, join one. A personal trainer and a registered dietitian (or certified nutritionist) can put you on a healthy program to achieve your goal. Good luck.
