You would just save it on your harddrive and then burn it like anyother thing you save on a DVD or a CD. You need to have a DVD burner on your computer, of course.

If you have a dvd burner you can just put the file onto a blank dvd.

Both above answer is good but if you need to play it on your DVD then you have to convert it 1st to MPEG and the burn it on DVD.
