my husband's resident, I'm not. I'm 5 months pregnent& want to return to US. how long it take for my greencard

we are out of the US right now & got married in Bali. I'm worry that if we return to hv my baby, my visa wl expire in 3 months and wl need to leave the country...

Guess you should have planned better. You don't stick your hand into a fire and then ask if it is hot and that is what you are asking here. Fill out your papers and wait to become a legal citizen. Then do it for the baby. Don't spend your money coming and going. Save it for your baby's education. Didn't you talk about this stuff before you married a resident of a different country?
