I don't know a place but search the web. I think some people on here are being a little mean to you and I'm here to say, don't worry, you'll be ok. Soon as you or a friend or whomever get's better.

honey, come to my house, ill fix you up some bacon, eggs and grits every day for a month and get you funneling budweiser three nights a week. You'll walk out a month later with a little tube of fat on ya!

I dont know where, but Im sure the insurance company wouldnt pay for it, cause they would rather you die than them have to help pay for you to get better, which would cost them tens of thousands of dollars
