He has finally come to the conclusion that he is addicted to sex, and wants to find some ligitimate help. We are deply in Love, and he wants to be sexual with other women, not me as much. He is worried, and doesnt want to ruin us, or hurt me, but he is having trouble with it. Real advice please. Where can we get help, i recognise this is a couples problem not just his. I Love Him Very much and I see him hurting, trying not to do this stuff. He thinks if he does it enough the urge to mess around on me will go away ( I am afraid that wont work, its like an alcoholic, one leads to another).

He needs to go to a 12 step program and in his mind just substitute "sex" for everything he hears about drugs or alcohol, or in cities they have some kind of sex addict anonymous program. You are right, one is too many and a thousand never enough, no matter what the addiction is...God Bless.

I think a lot of people call themselves "sex addicts" so they have an excuse for their behaviors.
In my 20s & 30s, my behaviors would have branded me a "sex addict" today. I just wanted to have fun and no responsibilities and I was lucky, no kids or diseases, but it gets real old.
Your boyfriend will change when HE wants to, not before.

He is not addicted to sex but addicted to his fantacies. Give him everything the way he wants - he may want to try in different ways. After some time he will cool down - try your best!. Otherwise he will be sick later. Good Luck.

I THINK HE NEES TO SEE A TERAPEST AND TALK ABOUT WHAT MAKE HIM FEEL THIS WAY. PROBLEM LIKE THAT ARE ALL IN UR MIND, AND YOU GUYS SHOULD TALK A LOT ABOUT UR RELATIONSHIP AND DO A LOT OF THINKSTOGETHER THAT WILL DISTRICT HIM, WHEN PEOPLE I BUSSY THEY DON'T REALLY THINK ABOUT STUFF LIKE THAT A LOT, SO PICES OF ADIVVICE TALK A LOT AND ASK HIM HOW HE FEEL WHEN HE START TO GET THE ADDITION, CAUSE SEX ADDITION IS CAUSE BY A LOT OF THINKS.
