Especially the ones (like myself) with inhibitors which means I can't get the regular substitution products but altenative ones which are not as effective and mure more expensive. I am asking because i am wondering about planning for retirement etc ....

Whatever the condition, your life span is what you make it to be. Some people can live SO much more in a few adult years than someone who lived to be 85. I wish you the absolute best and hope you can do both - accomplish a lot and life a long, healthy life!

it's about the same according to my doctor as long as you dont plan on having any major accidents.
