You should see a classical homeopath. The fact that the itching starts in the second day of your period and burning sensation are important symptoms for a homeopath. A dermatologist won't waist time with details like that. If he can't give a name to your problem he can't give a treatment. They learn diagnostic and treatment. If they can not find a diagnostic there is no treatment. Give up on those silly G string. Try Cotton underwear. As for itching, use this cream made in Australia. Is called "Skinfix - organic herbal cream". www.skinfix.info . It is amazing on anything to do with skin. I've tried it on numerous occasions for many thinks and the bloody think does the job always.

Go in and make sure that you don't have an external hemorrhoid.. if you do that can cause unpleasant itching. making it go away for good? that would mean a surgery to remove it. Please go get looked at by first your family physician to see if you have one, then a surgeon if you do for removal.
