well seeing as i haven´t ever felt as depressed as you have you don´t have to take my answer seriously but if you know you are down talk with someone that will listen to you about it and i am not saying a shrink I mean like one of the loved ones that you are afraid will leave you because if they love you then they surely want to know what is up and they surely want to be the ones to help you through the uncertainess your are going through.....look just take things step by step by first just letting everything you have inside you those emotions and thoughts you have out....and first just let it all out somewhere you are alone and then let it out with one of the loved one´s...i know it may seem that by doing this you may drive them away.....but loving someone is when they are there for you even when everyone or everything seems scary or dark. But all in all talk with someone about it and someone who will really listen to what you have to say or to what you may not say.....i hope you find the answer to why you feel you have no control over youself.....and remember you want the answer for this for yourself and for those that you love the most.....never forget that....best of luck and hoping the best

Are you serious? IM the lady plz and try going to get a prescription for your depression - some happy pills if you will.
I know a person who used to be a real a downer - a negative pessimist. One day he finally decided to stop letting outside factors so negatively impact him. He decided to stop complaining about how nothing was right and stop being in a bad mood because he wanted things he really could not have. He wanted to control situations on which he had no bearing. SO he finally figured out how rediculous he was being. It was all in his own mind. He could make up his mind to be positive instead of wasting it with worry. He decided that HE was going to be POSITIVE. He decided that one's happiness depends upon how one decides to view their life. He is much better now. Much nicer, easy going etc... Try it out to see if you can do it, too.

hmmm, lets see......first of all lots of those moods come with certian circumstances, like when terrible things happens in our life, you just have to learn to deal with it, make yourself smile, do fun things, and make every day a new day. Second thing it could be something from your child hood or later in life thats just eating at you. Sometimes we wont even remember it but it will eat at us and affetcd our lives. Do some soul searching, pray to God for help, and try to make peace with your past. Otherwise see a doctor and they will either medicate you or send you to a mental institution which maybe what you need. You may know if you're really crazy or if it's something thats just going on right now you know yourself more than me. I hope you get well soon!! Good luck!!

No one can control their own brain when it is fighting back for logic. You have bad expectations that came to be proved wrong The brain will not accept this mixed logic You must change the beliefs to be similar to real life. The depression now has a power of its own and has to be managed till you can think again. There is more to it but this is the start.

I would say talk to your doctor. You may be more than just depressed, you may be bipolar. That is manic depressive. You can get medication to control this. They have different combos that work together, some are for some types of poeple & some won't work for ya. It really sounds like that may be what's going on. I say go get them ,you'll be amazed how relaxed your mind is when your on them. You just don't care. Your mellow & you can function like a normal human being getting along with others. Good luck & get help soon !!!!

I will pray for you. While we wait for the Lord to send you a blessing, have you been to doctor? Have you had some heavy changes in your life? Pray for yourself and I will pray for you too!!!! Just a tip - you dont have control over anyone but you and how you choose to react to what life throws at you. I had a friend tell me once - WHen the world and its evil comes knocking at your door, ask the Lord "will you get that, please?"

Anger is caused NOT by what people do or say, but by what we think ABOUT what people do.....if you think people should know better, you will be angry because they don't....

Anger is NOT caused by what someone else does or says - It is caused by what you THINK about what someone did or said!!! People are buttheads all the time.....But it gets to you IF you say to yourself THEY SHOULDN'T BE LIKE THAT~! You think people should know better; but, they don't!
When you realize you have no control over what others DO ; but, you DO have control over what you THINK about what they do. This puts YOU in control over your own emotions!!! It's empowering..... You can say, "hey, I don't like what she just said, but she just doesn't know any better!" In other words, cut people some slack; cut yourself some slack, too. Don't expect to be good at this overnight; just say "Oops, I just let that get to me again!" " Let's see, what could I think about this to feel better?"

It sounds like you have depression. You need to see a pyschiatrist. They make medicine, and counceling for this stuff. You don't have to suffer in silence, thinking you can control this stuff on your own. It's okay to get help. So get some.
