For about 3 years noe I have been suffering from terrible skin. It just happened overnnight. It started out as a rash on my arm, i went to a doc and he told me it was a tinea and gave me a cream. the rash went away but came back worse every year around winter time. Pretty soon my whole body was affected. Now at age 16 I no longer have a rash but something new. It didnt look like the tinea i previously had, it was like pimple-like things it started out on my thighs and soon spread to my legs and a little on my arms. I then went to another doc who told me it was a folliculitis. I think it is folliculitis I have all the symptons, like there are hairs in the middle of almost all the pimples. She gave me an antiobiotic for 10 days and a referral to a dermatologist. the antibiotic only offered temporary relief as soon as i stopped the pimples were back. So now I am just waiting for my appt with the dermatologist. I want to know what you guys think? has anyone ever had anything like this?

Yes, in fact i have it.
You will probably get a lotion from your doctor... if it is the same thing that I have.. And it will help the hairs not get stuck. The lotion is called Lac-Hydrin, or some derivative. I put the lotion on after a shower every day, and now i no longer have any pimple like appearances.

i get a similar problem whenever i get stressed except i get mine in my lower back or in my elbow. **hydrocortizone**1% helps a bit but its only temporary and relieves the itching. My doctor recommended also that apply so baby oil in the area right after the shower. Good luck.

I advise you to consult a -classical homoeopath- in your area.
As in a cream, go to www.skinfix.info and get that cream.
It is the best you can get on the market today. Homoeopathy can help you on the inside and the cream on the outside.
I talk from experience.

Yes thats the flesh eating ebola virus....You'll want to get a razor and
peel the skin off all the affected areas to pre-empt the flesh eating process.

Good luck....with that.

sounds like MSRA. very similiar to folliculitis, same symptoms, both are staph infections; however msra is resistent to antibiotics used to treat folliculitis.

My husband gets something like this. In between meds, I use Gold Bond medicated lotion to help him out. It itches him so bad.
