everybody i know tells me that middle school is like highschool and people say yeha but highschoolers are more mature then middle school kids i this true?

I am going to high school next year so I wont be able to answer your question by experience but from what I heard high school is much better. people who I talked to say that you have more freedom in high school and there is more people around which makes it more fun.

I've taught middle school and high school. Some kids in high school still act like they are in middle school, others act like they are in college. I don't think the two are a like at all. High school kids think they know everything. Middle school kids don't know anything. But that's just a funny way of looking at it. All kids are basically the same but mature at different rates.

Ah... generalisations.
All right, well, first off, you are going to be with your class, so you pretty much know the people who are going to be with you. It's not like someone walks into a high school and suddenly becomes more mature. So just because someone's a high schooler, does not automatically mean they are more mature than a middle schooler. Schools ranks are not drastically different.

I have graduated high school, and been to college for a couple of years, and in my time; I have found high schoolers are just about as mature as middle school kids. Actually, college kids are sort of like middle school kids when you get to know them, but there are a few that are more mature then most high schoolers. Good luck in high school.

They are liars!
High school is completly different! The people the atmosphere everything!
and yes the older you get the more mature to tend to become! (meaning highschoolers are more mature!)

hmm that depends on what it is like. yeah high school students and more educated and mature then middle school ppl. but thats only if your not the type of person who slacks off and just goes on to high school. So yeah they are much more mature then middle schoolers. but like i said that depends on what they are and like

Middle school and high school were completely different for me. Middle school was all about friendship betrayals, nasty hormones, and rude kids. High school was 100% easier and more fun!

somewat but u have higghschoolers that act like middleschoolers and vise versa everyone NEEDS to be themselves.
