i wanna trust the guy i love but i get so parinoid sometimes and i dont know why how can i trust him im in deep need of help

Trust is gradually built up by small deeds of kindness and genuine concern which are signs of love. However, doubt is part of life because we are human. Only after prolonged living together and establishing one's crediblity that we can trust a human person. But it is good to bear in mind that people do change with changing situations or circumstances. If a person does not change with the changing wind, it is a sign of someone being trustworthy. No matter what rumours others spread about the person, the person continues to trust his beloved or friend. That is real trust. Believe such a person. He/she is really good at heart.

Sometimes we all have to take a leap of faith, and for you this just might be it. I believe that trust and love in a relationship work hand-in-hand and if you don't have one its going be harder to have the other. Its alright to be afraid of somethings, especially the one that you hold close to your heart, your darkest fear, your deepest emotions, or a troubled past like me.
Do this for me, ask yourself; has he done anything not to trust him?, is he just shy or timid of me?, am I afraid of what he might say or do or act? Most of these are just to help you figure out the cause of your paranoia.
You might have to be the first one to open up, either because he doesn't know who to or he feels the same way
Don't be afraid of confronting him, and its a great way to become more intimate in your relationship.

Trust takes time to build up. It comes when you see him / her doing good things and showing you kindness a number of times.

WHAT REALLY GOING ON WHY YOU DONT TRUST IN
HIM. THERE A REASON THAT YOU FEEL PARINOID. AND
YOU NEED TO FIND OUT WHY YOU FEEL THE WAY YOU

trust can be found within...if you have trust in yourself,then yopu can trust someone....
if you do believe that your BF loves you the way you do love him then there's no need for you to feel paranoid...
love yourself and put trust on your relationship...
