I know someone that have skin disease.,not sure which type it is.He scratches it and it bleeds and theres redness.I never know it if bleeds,but seems like it bled and that cause the redness.
Can it spread from physical contact,while swimming together?
any more details about ,please add.Thanks.

sounds like eczema. if that is so, this will not spread to other people. but requires medication and application of creams from the skin doctor. apply lotsa moisturiser

Depends.We can not really tell what it is but if it is itchy could be some insect or mite bite ( you also said it is red ). If thta is the case, physical contact or swimming together wouldn't spread it. If you are swimming in a chlorinated water, whatever bacteria or mite that is present..chances are it will be less active thus not causing transmission to other hosts.Hope this helps.
