Sure your sister's old enough, but I think she is looking for something that she is not finding in every guy she dates. She needs to slow down and take the time to find it.

Listen man.....there's really only one way to tell if your sister is really doing that.
You need someone on the inside who can get the *real* dirt for you.

Then you both are kinda cheap. You don't need to give up to every single person. It is supposed to be special, or at least between people who care about each other. And don't you worry about disease? Pregnancy?
