Besides straight coffee, tea, or red bull what is a good drink to make for the morning after you may have had too little sleep or too much to drink (either one), or just have a hard time facing the day so early? Special points if its a healthy drink too.

This may sound silly, but I love to make smoothies in the morning. Mostly fruit, because I find a fresh fruity smoothie gives me energy. Almost anything you like can be put into a smoothie, though, I love blueberry's with ice, vanilla yogurt, orange juice, strawberry's and bananas my favorite. Anything you like will work. Enjoy!

Coffee is still the best. The "high energy" drinks are really coffee in disguise. They just add lots of caffeine to the mix otherwise they are bogus over priced bad tasting pop.

if you have been drinking, it is important to have plenty of water, the alcohol dehydrates you by being a diuretic. this is what causes the headache from drinking.

B vitamins are good, this will help you from feeling too laggy

I used to eat a big breakfast with scrambled eggs. maybe the protein or calories helped get my blood sugar back up.

I like energy drinks with yerba mate in them. it seems to not make you too jittery for the energy you get.

Soy protein powder in water (lots of water). It does not taste good but it helps settle the stomach, or head.

Regarding the other two points, search Yahoo!Answers if either are chronic. They are asked regularly, and get some good answers.
