It'll effect your kidneys and liver, which will probably result in horrible head aches. Most sodas have caffeine which is a diuretic and will cause you to be more dehydrated. When I first started drinking lots of water cause I was getting head aches I had to pee all the time, eventually your body gets used to it and you'll actually crave water.

Some fluids are better than none. Your body will tell you when it needs water. Oh, and that whole thing about 8 glasses of water a day in some cases can actually do more harm than good.
It dilutes the blood. Most anything you drink should be good enough to keep you alive.

The 8 glasses of water is a myth started by water bottling companies. Each person needs different amounts based on thier body structure and how active thy are. Too much water is as harmful as too little water. Too much water can result in loss of minerals while less water can cause irreparable damage to organs because of poisons building up. Doesn't hurt to add a few drops lemon juice to water.

If you're drinking other fluids, nothing terrible is going to happen to you. Your body still gets enough water from all the other drinks unless you start doing strenuous activity. If you start losing more water than your body can replenish with other fluids, then you'll be in trouble. If you start to get dehydrated, the obvious effect is that you'll be thirsty, being to lose the ability to cool yourself, get dizzy, and just feel poorly. Just drink fluids.

You will, in all probability, die. If you are only 2% dehydrated (without water) it limits your brain capacity and cause memory loss and inability to compute. Your kidneys will eventually fail because they don't hae the water to flush out the toxins from the soda. Then you liver will fail because you can't make new red blood cells. Eventually you will get hypotension because your blood is a large percent water. And long enough, you will straight up die. Sorry!

No. You wont die.
As long as you are getting your H2O from any source sufficiently, you may live.
However, you are getting your body unwanted carbs and chemicals. Look at the long term side effects of that. You may be better off drinking water rather than other liquids. You need to pee these liquids too, right?

Reactions to starvation selection from character to individual - what your physique fat % is, what your weight is, your gender, and your previous family participants historic previous (genetics) all play a place. i think of that some hardy persons in all probability geared up to tug this off with out plenty section outcomes. having reported that, persons with better comfortable strategies might actually circulate out on comfortably now no longer have the energy to circulate slowly remote from mattress on the 5th day or so. this would possibly not make a contribution to weight help. What your physique will do is it's going to to interrupt down muscle as solid as fat to income energy. Then, once you initiate eating as quickly as greater, it is going to make fat like loopy... ethical of the tale. strengthen a nutrition habitual and excercise. do no longer starve your self.

If you get dehydrated your electrolytes are unbalanced and there are many side effects that go with that. Kidney failure for one, heart failure can also occur. It is very important to the body to have a balanced diet.To much of one thing is not good while not enough is also bad.

You body gets rid of toxins when you drink water. Once you get your body use to having good hydration you won't pee as much. If you drink alot of soda it can eventually give you kidney stones. I have to force myself to drink more water also, I hear you about not wanting to drink it often.

Well, everything you drink has some water in it. But if you were to actually not drink anything you'd die. You can't survive without any water after 7 days or so.
