I'm kind of going through a similar situation, from his side of things. My wife of a few months decided to play a little trick and made me think she'd cheated on me to get my reaction, since the old "what would you do if" question didn't work. She's ... a little weird like that. Anyway, it really upset me and I lost a lot of trust with her. But, we're still together and I'm slowly building the trust back up. It's been about five months since then, and I do still have a little trouble with it. Her recent travels have made that a bit more difficult. It is getting better, though, and I think there's hope. A bit of time and some talks will clear things up. Acts demonstrating your faithfulness are a great idea, as well. Best wishes, good luck!

I am going to be honest with you !!! It sounds to me that you are a very young person in lust. There are way too many guys out there who would treat you the way you should be. This guy you want has confidence issues or he would not have walked away. He is saying that he will not compete for you and that you should never look for another guy ever!! This is chidish!! I would do anything and have for the love of my life. I went through a similar issue with my wife. Her x's would call the house or stop by unexpected. She never cut them loose completely. I felt the competition but would not give in. We are happily married and have never looked back on it.

He gave you your answer. You're there. He's there. Day by day. Chill and get to know one another a little more, day by day. Jogging or some kind of physical outlet might help too.

You screwed up. Now it's time to live with the consequences you brought on yourself. Sucks to be you. he'd be a fool to fall for you again.

There is hope! You just have to prove to him that you are worth it. He's just hurt right now, if it was ment to be he'll come back
