I used to put a big spoonful of peanut butter on a piece of bread and stick it on the roof of my dogs mouth. He would lick, and lick, and lick! Take him 10 minutes to get it off! I think it was the only thing he ever tasted as fast as he scarfed down everything else.

Peanut butter is good for dogs, it has a lot of protein in it that dogs need, but I agree with everyone else that it should be given as a treat and should not substitute regular meals. The best peanut butter for dogs is the kind you get at organiz stores where there are no additives or preservatives in them.

Yes I usually give my dog peanut butter when I am giving her a bath because it distracts her from the water. I put some peanut butter inside a hollow bone and give it to her and she tries to lick the peanut butter out of the bone.

Once a week the dogs get peanut butter in their kong. It's a special treat that they get every Sunday. They love it.

Yes, mine love peanut butter. It is good for them but should be given in moderation. A teaspoonful a day for a small dog, maybe a tablespoonful a day for alarge breed.

I spread a little peanut butter on the raw hides. My pooches just love it. It keeps them busy for hours and also keeps them out of trouble.
