Keep it to yourself. Its his house and he/she is king/queen of their castle. You have no right to say or express anything negative about YOUR friend's house. If toilet is dirty, help your friend by cleaning it yourself.
Then only your are a good friend.

I would avoid going there and instead invite them to your house to visit. Eventually your friend will get curious and ask why you don't want to come over any more and then you can try and think up a nice way to say they live like slobs.

Use it and don't say anything. Or do what us women do in public bathrooms. Hold your breath and cover the seat with toilet paper. Unless you can hold the urge until you get to another bathroom.

If they are a good enough friend you should feel comfortable telling them that thier toilet is disgusting.

i offered to help her clean her house for one weekend.. that embarrased her kids and her to clean up... but still not enough lol try that
