Only a few. Mexico and Canada are the major ones.

Dutch countries, like Aruba. There are others like Netherlands Antilles, Philippines, Dominica, South Korea, Bulgaria, Tahiti, Palau,

Tonga, Thailand, Belize, Sri Lanka, Slovakia, Albania, Ethopia,

Samoa, Taiwan, Nicaragua, Romania, Bolivia, Rwanda, Mexico,

Swaziland, Papua New Guinea, indonesia, Sweden, Ireland,

Croatia, Norway, Poland, Hon Kong, Barbados, Burmuda,

Greece, Paraguay, Reunion, Morroco, Fiji, Wales, SCotland,

Bahamas.
Any country that is owned by Dutch. They don't require a visa.
FYI - Don't go to Aruba!

All nations because Americans are assumed to return to their country and not remain as illegals in any other country. Except for student and working visas.
