There are so many of you who are saying that immigrants are living off the government and using welfair and health care bennefits (Hexador04) this is mostly directed tward you... my husband is an immigrant, we are working with INS, he doesnt even qualify for health care bennefits or food stamps or any kind of government help. My kids and my self have medical asst. but my husband can't have it because he is from a different country. so to all of you who say that immigrants are living off of our government, you don't know what you are talking about. Immigrants arent even alowed to use thease bennefits!!

it does no good to try to explain things to most of these folks.. they think they know it all. Statistically it is not illegal aliens sucking off welfare but god forbid we bring up that fact and I don't think there has been one act of terrorism by a Mexican immigrant, but sadly there have been Americans that have committed those acts against our country. SS laugh but ILLEGALS do get these benefits....when health care is mentioned it is usually in reference to the emergency rooms in the hospitals, this is where most of the costs take place for the illegals (and pregnancies). And they do receive food stamps etc. here's a link for you, I suggest you read it then you will see that they do get assistance, maybe you don't know anyone that receives it, but there are illegals that do.

Many here know I worked for health benefits for years. He didn't qualify-not because he was from some where else--there is another reason. Income counts not-citizenship. Not knowing your form-I can't tell you were you lack but it is not the reason you state-unless he isn't living here.

sorry your having a difficult life,,, I had 3 children at age 23,,, my husband was running around,,, cheating,, smoking pot,,,, hitting me and our children,,, I left him when I was 25,,, he kidnapped our 2 youngest boys when they were 5 and 8,,, took them to another state and hid out,,, until I got lucky (remembered something my 5 year old had told me about a farm) and found them a few months later,,, after begging,,, borrowing,,, and pawning every thing I owned for a few bucks,,, we were all born in America,,, life is tough all over,,,
