Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

A lot of people have round faces - take a look through your family album and first figure out if this is the way family members tend to look. Sometimes things skip a generation so go back through photos of your grandparents and see what they looked like at your age. If it's a general trend, then you can talk to a hairstylist about how to use your hair to change how it looks. It is *amazing* how much different hairstyles can really change how your face looks. If you're female, then make up can also have amazing affects on your face looking round, thin, heart shaped or so on.

If it really is "puffy" and not just round - and this isn't a family trait - then talk to your doctor. It might be you're having an allergic reaction to something and it's being shown in your face. Tracking down the culprit and removing it from your diet might have pretty much instant results.

You can try exercises, but usually if it's regular 'body fat' you'd notice it elsewhere too. In fact when my boyfriend gains and loses weight, he always loses it from the face *first* (i.e. his face looks skinnier and then the rest of him does). So I would perhaps try facial exercises, but definitely work on the other things.

Not a fat face, just a round one. You could be skinny as a rail and still have a round face. It is just a shape. The best way to camouflage it is with a hairstyle that has soft layers that frame your face.

If you are on corticosteroids for any reason, it may be a side effect (moon face). If it is just plumpness, then losing the weight will help change the shape. If it is your natural bone structure, have a makeup expert show you how to use foundation, blush and shadow to make it look less "fat".

If you are on corticosteroids, please ask your doctor to check you for side effects of long term use.

Join band and play French horn or another brass insturment, I swear I used to have a fat face too and practicing ambrisure and such tightened the muscles in my face and it looks a lot prettier now!
