sure are a lot of "experts" in here trying to show off some spectacular vocabulary words and random diagnoses.
no need to panic, but worry enough to schedule a regular physical with a doctor. you should do this at least once every two years at minimum anyway, once a year ideally. anyway, when you get there, a nurse will most likely triage you before the doctor comes in. when the nurse is taking your blood pressure and asking you the reasons for your visit, mention these symptoms.... the doctor will be in shortly.

You should go see a medical professional. Getting diagnoses here is not a good idea. There is a number of things this could be, and chest pain is no joke.

it could be pancreatitis. So best thing to do is go see a Doc. before it gets bad. Pancreastitis is cause by drinking, if you don't do it,by high Triglycerides , have it checked out to be safe.

did you pull a muscle? besides your heart, there are muscles that run through that area. if the pain spreads down your arm, or it is difficult to breathe, go call a doc immediately.

You might have a mitral valve prolapse. Generally, this condition is benign, but you need to see your doctor to rule out anything serious.
