Eat every 3-4 hours. Have breakfast, then a snack, then lunch, then a snack, and then dinner, and another light, low-carb snack before bed to keep your metabolism up. Also, count calories. The new food pyramid will give you the number of calories you need for your BMI to either maintain or lose weight, so check it out. If you have the energy and it's safe to do so, then walk, either in a park or your local neighborhood. All you need is a pair of sneakers and comfortable clothes for that. :) Good luck!

Couple of hints. First of all, find out if you ARE overweight. You can't tell anything by "feel" alone.
Second, you won't lose weight unless you cut back on calories, but that's not the same as starving yourself. Most folks considering themselves "starving" when they don't feel full. To avoid that FEELING of starving, eat more fruits and vegetables, which are less "calorie dense" -- meaning you can eat more of them and feel full without consuming as many calories.
Three: stick (for months, not 3 weeks) with a cario plan that keeps you at 130-140 beats per minute BUT WORK UP TO IT. Don't just pop in the gym and go at it like a banshee. Sweat is good -- vomiting and fainting ain't!

It will cost a little but try Walk Away the Pounds videos by Leslie Sansone. Lost 27 pounds by using them. They are about ten dollars each at Wal-Mart. Or look on Ebay. Good luck!!! Do not starve yourself, it will not last.
