Christina Aguilera is one of many performers who used to dance as part of the Pussycat Dolls back when they were just a burlesque dance troupe (back before they branched out into crap-pop). Others include Christina Applegate, Carmen Electra, Pink, and Gwen Steffani.
Given her intensive dance routines as part of her performances in the past, most of her work-outs are likely geared towards that.

it's called a personal trainer, four hours a day, watching what you eat and having a small frame. If you want to be as fit as many of the lady musicians it takes devotion, money and lots of time, I used to go to a personal trainer because each person is different and you need a workout tailored to your fitness, skill level, etc. a good personal trainer will also give you sugestions on how to eat right. if you want to "go it alone" or have limited resources i would recomend picking up a copy of Muscle Magazine, tey have great food tips, exercises and various other great pieces of information. there is a male and female version of the magazine because the way that men and women should exercise is similar but has many key diferences. i hope that this helps you with your goals.

It's not her workout, it's her diet. Tic Tac for lunch, Evian for dinner.
