I'm suffering from cold & cough from last 4 yrs. I took treatment from homeopathi as well as allopathic medecine; but did not get relif. Now a days when ever cough is coming I used to take 'Asthalin Rotacab' and I'm geting some relife from my cough for some time. My age only 30, but I'm suffering a lot, so at old age I can't imagine what could happend with me. kindly help me!

sounds like your lungs are sensitive to allergens but sinus causes alot of things more than you realize, smoking irritates alot so go to the doc get blood work done see what is up

Not sure about the cough thing, but I don't put up with colds or flu anymore. I eat a fresh clove of garlic at the first sign of a cold. Mash it up in your mouth, and follow with a glass of water. You get an 'explosion' in your sinuses all the way down through your throat, then the virus/whatever is dead.
Melting a zinc glutinate tablet on your tongue is also quite effective if taken at the FIRST sign of a cold. For a really strange taste treat, eat a sprig of broccoli afterwards. Weird!

You have allergies, indoor or outdoor or both a med can make you feel like a million bucks, see your doctor for this, if you did then its time to switch.
