Deli sliced roast beef, ham, and swiss cheese on a soft roll. Put a glob of mayo on a slice of tomato, salt and pepper it, and put it in a separate container, so it won't make your bread soggy. Add a bag of Fritos Twists, a Little Debbie Fudge Roll, a big bottle of water, a couple of paper towels...and you're set to go. Don't forget your freezor thingie, so that it will all stay fresh and cool. Oh, and you might better take a small pad and pencil to try to figure out what you should eat for supper tommorow. ;)

Hmm - I would say chicken breast on wheat bread topped with peanut butter and a glass of skim milk
Later that day maybe a beer (after you've used your razor) and well you won't be packing the TP for lunch anyway)
How does that sound?
