Do you think that Wal-Mart will be the company to divide the world with the mark of the beast?

I love Wal-Mart and refuse to shop anywhere else. But at times I feel they are such a giant that people will worship them and then Christ will defeat the Walton kids and restore the balance of mom&pop chains.

FYI-my recent name change is due to a change in attitude. This is permanent. I'm officially "The Man". Honestly, I just needed a new look and wanted to be different.

I don't think WalMart is creating 'the mark' that is being done by someone else. It is companies like WalMart that is utalizing the technology.

What will the mark be??? Supermarket discount cards were the first step towards the mark. RFID is the next step (I think) towards the mark. RIFD is the radio frequency identification chips the size of a grain of rice or smaller! These are already being used in some places....there is talk of this replacing your driver's license, passports, voting card, bank card...id cards, and employment id.

I don't want anyone to know the last time I bought beer, or the last time I bought an adult movie, a t-shirt, how fast I was driving, how many times I curse in an hour, what my blood pressure is, how often I have a cigar, what church I go to and how often, what my favorite potato chip is, what color my boxers are, what music I listen to, what vegetables I buy or what kind of steak I like.

Just like "you can have my firearm when you pry it from my cold dead fingers," wel....you can implant a chip in me when I'm dead....not now...not ever will I willingly allow a chip to be implanted in my body!

I HATE Walmart. It's like shopping in Socialist Russia. You cannot get out of there without needing the help of some "authority figure" who does not know what they are doing. Either you cannot find something, the cash register is broken, or they do not deactivate the security stickers. It's so annoying.

Yep and Microsoft will install Windows 95 into our brains as a behavior controlling device. Everytime we try to rebel against the beast, our brains crash and restarts wiping all memories of rebellion.

I like walmart. I never liked a mom and pop, they seem to show favortism to ppl they know, walmart customers all get treated rudely.

I have often said to my husband that walmart in general is evil. Where all your money goes is usually where your heart lies. Needless to say I quit going to walmart as much. Jesus loves you.
