I was hanging out when I was 13 or 14 years old. But that was way back in the last millenium, when a person could walk around at night and feel safe, and not have to worry about getting jumped or kidnapped for sexual purposes or the like.
I'd hate to be a kid growing up these days,

Please I need to no what you mean? My cat is 2 & hangs out all night, my dogs are 2, 5 & 10. I do not let them hang out, they have to be in by 9:pm, is that what you mean? Please explain?
