Let me tell you one thing about Mr. Mojo Risin. He never gets the answers right. He merely twists them to a degree people would keep on believing what he actually said. Remember this verse and keep it to your heart, before we delve into the "mystery" of who's the real father of Cain and Abel.
Pro 14:15 The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.
Are you simple in believing every word he said? A prudent man, otherwise, would do some research to find the answer. Apparently, I am sure, despite my criticism, you are not a prudent man.
Now, who is the man who fathered Cain and Abel? Let's read this verse from Chapter 4 in the Book of Genesis.
Gen 4:1 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bore Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD.
Does that actually make you wonder what Mr. Mojo Risin was saying about Adam dying from eating the apple a day ago? The death is not an actual death, but a death that would pass down all the way to all of us in this world.
Let's look at what comprises of the death from that apple.
Gen 2:8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
Gen 2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
Gen 2:16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
Gen 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
The apple came from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. So what could've possibly caused the "death" that Adam acquired? You should also read the next following verses, friend, to see who is the actual conspirator in the "death."
Gen 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
Gen 3:2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
Gen 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
Gen 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
The Serpent is the culprit of this "death," even though he convinced Eve to eat the apple, hand over one to her husband, and of it Adam would eat.
But what happened when God strolled into the garden?
Gen 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
Gen 3:7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.
Gen 3:8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.
Read on what Adam said to God.
Gen 3:9 And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?
Gen 3:10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.
Gen 3:11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?
Gen 3:12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.
Gen 3:13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.
Eve also pointed out the Serpent beguiled her, so the price for eating the apple came this:
Gen 3:14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
Gen 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
Gen 3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
Gen 3:18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
Gen 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
Eve carried the price for the transgression she put on her husband, Adam. But Adam hearkened unto his wife and ate. So all women, in a sense, are weaker vessels because they carry the price Eve acquired.
What exactly is the death that caused Adam to die? There is no death, except from natural causes. The "death" Mojo Risin twisted and contorted to a incredibly terrible degree was actually sin.
When Adam ate the apple, the human race fell. In ourselves, we carry sin, or the 'adamic nature' as my pastor would call it, and sin corrupts us.
We may live in the flesh but our bodies are not ours to play with. The bodies we possess, friend, are not Satan's either. In truth, all of our bodies we breathe and live in BELONG to God.
Let me give you verses on why our bodies belong to God.
1Co 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
1Co 3:17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
1Co 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
So, this is the truth and I have given it to you. Our bodies are not toys to play or misuse. We belong to God as He purchased us through the shed blood of Jesus Christ at Calvary.
For me, my body no longer belong to the world. I rightfully declare that my body, my life belongs completely to God. What about you?
I think it's time for you to look up the King James Version, read through it, and try to get facts straight. Pretty much most of the questions running through here are based on people with a lack of audacity to research and come to an understanding of what their question is raised to them at the time.
I hope you find this answer informative. If you ever see Mojo Risin, don't be the simple. Be the prudent man and work to find if his answers are right.
