Ok, there's this girl I liked at school last year, and the year before that. Before school got out in May (I'm going into 9th grade) I told her that I liked her a lot and and she smiled and hung around me the rest of the school year. I'm wondering if I should ask her out or wait or what.

Ask her out! If she didn't like you, she wouldn't have spent so much time with you! It's worth a shot, at least. :)

ask her boy! she basally likes you or she wouldn't be hanging around you. but first things first make sure she doesn't have a boyfriend.
