Hi! I had the same skin problem too as I have dry and sensitive skin. The peeling off of your skin could be due to many factors so you can actually recall what are the skin products you have used on your skin and since when did this peeling started. Perhaps it could be caused by your bath soap/foam, skin products, some strong and harsh application medications/ointments, etc. Also if you bath with water that's too warm or hot, it can cause your skin to become even more drier and may trigger your skin to react. In fact, to minimise peeling of skin, moisturiser would be able to do the job quite well. On top of that, you need to hydrate your skin by drinking enough water and nourish your skin by taking more fruits and vegetables. For optimal result on your skin, take some health supplements like vitamin C, Collagen, etc. to keep your skin healthy. Also, treat your skin gently and avoid whatever that's harsh and contains perfume and chemicals. Do not take too long to bath and avoid applying too much bath soap/foam. Use moderately warm water when bathing. And, also avoid bathing more than twice daily. If the problem persists even after trying all that you could think of then the last alternative would be to seek a dermatologist. Hope my sharing is helpful....

Use baby oil all over your skin just before you get out of the shower. the cover yourself in aloe vera and lotion as soon as you get out. Also drink more water, it hydrates the skin.

exfoliate a few times a week. Use a mild soap, and try some good coca butter after your shower and before bed. Soft water helps too.
