"Atheism" means the denial of God. it does not mean God doesn't exist but He's being denied. My point is that the so called atheists are simply ignorant people and will continue to be ignorant

The answer to your question is no. You would never tempt God becuase of you truly believe in his existance. This is what qualifies you as a true believer. A true athiest feels just as strongly in their disbelief as you do in your belief. You believe in a being that is greater than you, where as they believe there is no being greater than themselves. Having made all of this clear, if an atheists sings a different tune when the world comes to an end, then they are no less a believer than you are and were never truly athiests.

An atheist is only an atheist in this life on earth. No one who has died is an atheist. The world is not going to end in a month. But an atheist might die & not be an atheist.
They would be singing, not.
Yes, it will be a different tune.

i wouldnt, but i think maybe u should, are good christian folk supposed to be this deliberately mean and insulting? Wouldn't God frown upon that? Dont u believe we are all Gods children (even us poor misguided ones, thats sarcasm by the way) so didnt u just be mean and condescending to some of gods kids? Maybe u should worry a bit more about ur own religious practices before u b***H about other ppls!

Do you mean if they knew the end was coming soon? I'm sure the fear would make many reconsider, why believe in nothing after death when you can believe in something. I'm sure alot would give up the quest for solid proof and would run to the churches.

Actually, many atheists who discover that they only have a month to live e.g. when diagnosed with a terminal illness, they start to search for God. They start to seriously consider what they believe of the afterlife, because if there is one, they want to be there. No one really likes to die and cease to exist completely... but we only really think about it when we are going there.

I think that more Christians would "sing a different tune," it says in the New Testament in Matthew (everyone that calls on my name (Jesus Christ) will not enter the gates of Heaven. I believe it speaks about that in other books of the New Testament also. I'm believe and have faith in God (Jesus Christ) as my Savior, Redeemer, and Creator!
More times than I care to remember people who practise Christianity have shown me and others that they do not worship the same God (Jesus Christ) that I know.
Jesus Christ states in the new testament that - He desires not to loose one soul - also He states when the time has come and we are to go before God - here I am and the children that you have given me!
Also, it states in the new testament - that no one can come to know God (Jesus Christ) unless prompted by the Holy Spirit!
I don't concern myself with anyone 'singing a different tune' - because God (Jesus Christ) also says for us not to judge before the time of judgement! God (Jesus Christ) spoke and cautioned those individuals that call God (Jesus Christ) their Savior - but are truly not saved - their soul does not belong to God (Jesus Christ)!
So I don't believe the atheists will be doing anything but being atheists - but I do know because God (Jesus Christ) words says so that Christians that are lying to themselves - will be "singing a different tune."

If we knew the world were going to end in a month, we would ALL be doing alot less singing, and alot more praying. I suspect an awful lot of atheists would suddenly have epiphanies!

Any God who would damn his people to hell is a mean God who doesn't deserve the love of someone he "created".How can you create life and then damn it?That would be like a mother giving birth to a baby and when that baby grew up and did something to disappoint her she would torcher her child for the rest of it's life. Not a very good mother when thinking about it that way...And with that thought, not a very good God either...

If you died tomorrow and just rotted in the ground (no Heaven/hell/etc.) would you regret wasting time going to church and being religious throughout your life? I believe in God and all that, but there is always the possibility that I/we are wrong, so we should respect others viewpoints, because they are (often) just as valid as our own.
