I've always interpretted that verse as Satan disguises himself as "good"...
like for instance, when people get wrapped up in the idea that Good works will get them to heaven...that's Satan planting that in their heads...
or another case, would be: A religious Group who might appear legit and are leading people to their death, by not preaching the "complete message", or altered version, etc...Again: Looks Good....but not the case!
Sort of like the "Wolf in Sheep's Clothing" theory...what appears good and right, is not always Good & right.
It has to line up with God's Word 'completely'...otherwise, it may be Satan trying to manipulate people.
...think about it. It makes sense.

I would look highly into this had it not been that I must pay a fee to learn more of what is being said. That said, if information like such was truly needed to be seen and known by all, rather then charge it, it could easily be placed on the internet for all to see for free.

um .... Satan is a queen? God in drag? or perhaps any being that is beautiful is suspect of ultimate evil? or maybe any powerful female personage is evil?
but the question your question truly begs for an answer is ... why do people living in the year 2006 still believe in an invisible predator stalking their soul? desiring extra special attention from a celebrity?

VERY likely. Especially since she LIED about how many visits she would make. When people got interested, they started crowding around, and so she extended her stay. Something smells funny about that...
I'm not talking about the REAL Mary, but of the counterfeit that's been showing up over the last century or so.

Mary, the mother of Jesus is the Queen of Heaven and if you do your homework, you will see that she is the one who crushes the head of the serpent (Satan). Mary is not satan.
