one day i found a secret e-mail account that was her's and i found that she was on single sites. When i asked her she said she did it for a friend what should i do.She had her picture sent to other men and when i asked her she said her friend did not want her picture on there because of ex-husband

Ok. There are only 3 possibilities, either she is telling u the truth, she is lying to u or she is telling half truth and half lie.
If she is telling u the truth, u can tell her that u are not againt of the idea of having an account in singles site, but u are not comfortable that u are sending her own photos to a stranger, regardless of the reason. As her bf, u are really concerned with this.. She will understand what u mean; If she cares how u feel, she will stop sending photo to others.
If she lying to u(meaning she go to Singles web site herself and hooking a man there), u can ask her what is she thinking and does she seriouly care for u and your relationship? And hope she will stop it now and never do it again.
If she is half half, well, depends on her answer.
But i don't know which one she is in now. Anyway, u should tell her that your most concern is not to send her photo to a man. She can help her friend, but through this way.
PS: I also have an account on Singles web site, but just to have fun, i did nothing except doing some quizzes there

You have two options:
First, you give your girlfriend the benefit of the doubt. Trust that she is telling the truth. Give her your full trust. For all you know, you could have a wrong appreciation of facts all this time. Do this if you're still willing to save the relationship. But talk to her about how you feel about it. She might not do it again anymore, if at all that's true. It's all about giving her another chance.
Second, leave the relationship. Join the singles sites and send pictures to "her". =)

Sounds iffy. If she is lying and it truely is for her and not her friend (which sound a little fishy) then the possibility is that she is trying to boost her self-esteem or just the rush of the whole ordeal, or the unfortunate that she may not be a one man girl. On the other hand if you talk to her about whether or not she is viewing herself in bad light and she says yes then it is your turn to step up and help her see her true beauty. Well, well....looks like you have no boundaries and love to sneak behind your gf's back to see what she is up to. You really have a self-esteem problem, huh, big guy? Well...then that should tell you WHY she's looking for someone else!!!! All that other stuff is crap. Stop poking around in her business and and do her a favor and bow out of the picture. Always hated sneaky men.

Hey if I were you I would give it your best to keep her are your feelings strong in your heart do you love her enough to let her earn your trust back and to never do stupid stuff like that again because it only hurts you deeper. But you could hurt even more if you don't give it your all and you guys never see each other again and then it might be to late time will tell and heal your heart if it's meant to be. Nobodys perfect. I bet she is truely sorry and would never do it again just ask her and see what she says.

Sounds like she might be looking for someone to go out with. Sign up and ask her for a date. Just like in the song. "Do you like Pina-Colads, getting caught in the rain, MAKIN LOVE AT MIDNIGHT" and all that stuff. Or as some other folks said, Dump and run.

She maybe needs some safe reassurance of attention. You know, her ego stroked, and she's getting that done safely without demanding it from you. Now, let's hope it's all platonic, if she's acting on these things, then you've got a REAL problem.

talk to her.
tell her if she wants to be your girlfriend she needs to act like it.
or your gonna leave her.
trust is important and if shes the one really doing it and not for a friend then ditch her because she not girlfriend material.
and ask her who shes doing it for and ask that person,
but
if she wont tell you than shes hiding something
