you need to take your dog to the vet.
It is very possible that your dog is having seizures!!
do not put bandaids on your dog because of course he will eat them.

Get to a vet. Your dog can be suffering from a number of potential problems. Many not drastic. But the worst of which could be leukemia.
Good luck at the animal clinic.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Dan.

your dog twitching in his sleep is totally normal--he is just dreaming. bleeding from his ears could indicate anything from fleas and ticks to something much more serious. the same is true for bleeding from the mouth. it could be a dental problem, or something more serious. please take him to a vet as soon as possible. like now! also, if he doesnt hear very well, he could be loaded with ear mites. GO TO A VET

He may be a Deaf Dog, Please get this looked into, as this Bleeding is not a normal sign, & the dog could be in pain, without showing it. Don't forget, they cannot speak to help themself, & count on you, for their help. Call the Animal Hosp. & ask what can you do, til the dog can be seen by a Vet.
