Translations....?

This is what I am saying to my guy that i like.. who basically speaks all spanish.....Tell me how i can make it good and correct.
Tu es pasmoso. Me gusta tu mucho y quiero tu.
I want to say that I am happy that you are only mine.

By "pasmoso" you mean "amazing, astonishing", right? I haven't heard that in common usage, although a native spanish speaker may correct me on that. Much more common seems to be "increíble" or "sorprendente." So, you could say,
Eres sorprendente. Me gustas mucho y te quiero. Me alegro que eres mío solo.

eres not "es" and Te quiero mucho is the correct way of saying I want you a lot which it seems you are trying to say, and literally though it means the same thing here's what you want to say: "Estoy contenta que eres mío, y solamente mío." I'm happy you're mine and only mine. Just to break it cause even in English that sounds a bit awkward or overly possesive

Me alegre que eres mio.

te quiero = i love you
amor mio or mi amor (depending on how it's used) = my love
querido mio = my dear

don't use me gusta, it's too tricky for beginners to get right

Te quiero. Me agradezco mucho que eres el mio. (As you can see, there are many ways to say it.)

Yeah.. no native would say "me agradezco".
I'd use the subjunctive there. I don't know why natives don't use it here. I mean.. natives who answered before me.
"Estoy feliz de que seas sólo mío". Using eres simply sounds bad to me.
