my gf and i just broke up cause of my stupidity. for the first time i cheated on someone, and i feel lower than scum. she says she still cares about me and if i still love and care about her, i would do something to make it right and try to save this. we're both devastated, hurt and upset. what can i do to show and prove to her i am terriblely sorry, i love her with all my heart and soul, she's the only one for me, and most of all, let her know it will never happen again. i really do love her and can't live without her. please help.

If you love her like u say u do, then shell notice. Sometimes men do things just because their"men" and its their nature. Right now shes hurt and devestated and what she really needs is just a lil time along. But u on the other hand tell her how u feel and how sorry u r and ull never do this again. Now u see that this "other"woman has no real respect 4 herself,u, neither ur gf.Never mess wit her again

Get counseling. Try to figure out why you cheated when you obviously want to be with your girlfriend. Let her know you're getting counseling and ask if she'll go with you so perhaps you can both figure out a way to salvage the relationship.

If you truly love her with your heart and soul, you would not have cheated! But if you truly want to save the relationship maybe try couples counseling.

Ouch! That is a tricky situation. You have lost her trust and that is a hard thing to regain. If you really want her back I would say don't stop trying. You need to keep at her i.e. send her flowers, gifts, emails, text messages whatever it takes for her to give you a second chance. You need to regain her trust.

Well, u can buy her flowers and candy (chocolates) if she likes it and just talk to her and promise her u wont hurt her ever again and just tell her how much u love her and remind her how much fun u both have together.... GOOD LUCK!!!!

only time can heal a broken heart but i would move on and learn my lesson - and lets look at it realistically if you really love her how could you be unfaithful to her and if you messed up once you might do it again so move on
