Waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much sugar!! Cut back to just a couple of them. Try some of the new Coke's made with Splenda. Coke Zero has a much sweeter taste than regular Diet Coke.

Caffeine aside, that's another issue. You're probably going to induce diabetes in yourself. Ever hear of diabesity? They'll be cutting off your feet in 20 years.
If you stop now, though you'll be OK. I know a guy that used to drink 3 - 2L bottles of Mt. Dew a day. Eventually he cut back to one. Now he doesn't drink pop. He'll be OK, he quit before diabetes kicked in.

I think that's pretty excessive if you ask me. I think you should cut that down. You are addicted to caffeine. Replace your cokes with water and your red bulls with ahhh, water too!
You will go into with drawls and have headaches and stuff but if you keep on drinking water, it will flush it away quicker.. AKA Pee it ALLLLL OUT!

no. the carbonation alone is terrible for you! It harms tooth enamel, decreases bone density, and robs your body of calcium. The caffiene is a stimulant, and, over time, builds addiction. I think you should try to have some moderation in what you drink.

Not really, that's a lot of chemicals in your body.

You might cut it in half with water and see if you feel any difference (and it might help you lose some weight too if that is a goal).

I think you will eventually get kidney stones. I would cut down and drink more water also.
