YES!
My son yelled ( at three years old) as loud as he could (in the middle of a restaurant) "Mommy I farted in my Froat (sp, as he said it)! This was after an enormous BURP that would have put any man to shame.
The restaurant silently paused for a moment and then Everyone laughed out loud!
Children are wonderful, they make REAL people laugh at LIFE!

Have you never seen/ heard said 3 year old brat/child in a restaurant when filled with other well mannered adults. Plus his two naughty parents. Who - obviously - cannot control said child. And they think that it is acceptable to keep him in his seat and wait till he decides to calm down? Hmmmm. Stay at home please.
Can he be louder than 200 adults? Yes, because when he screams, etc. he usually will almost quite the rest of the place. Everyone will look around to see who could possibly have made that terrible sound. Then look to see if his parents heard it. Because they usually don't. Funny that!
FYI: I have four children all under 9, and they are all very, very well mannered in public. They have been trained. Because, yes, I have seen and heard said 3 year old in public!

Little kids will breath from there stomach, and gives them more air in their lungs. When we breath (ages 6-100) we use our lungs, every time you take a breath your shoulders rise, thats you useing your lungs, but breath out with your stomach like you gasp thats you getin more air in yourlungs and can sing, yell talk louder

Yes, it's true. Along the same lines, did you know that a seven-year-old girl's voice can shatter windowpanes?
