you’ll need to use suckers or chubs that are anywhere from 8 to 10 inches. You can get your sucker or chub from a bait store you can look for your own in a shallow part of the river or stream. All you need to do is use a worm to catch the chub and you’ll have the right bait on hand to catch the Northern Pike.
to catch a catfish Doc's Getter Dip bait works well. and for the bass a 1/2 ounce white/chartreuse spinnerbait - topwater baits (Zara Spook, Jitterbug, Pop-R, buzzbaits) works pretty good. good luck

Northern Pike, a minnow fished about six inches below the surface along a weed bed line. The love the grass. Bass will eat the minnows too. Catfish, Depending on the species, anything from stink bait to live minnows too.

Cast or troll using a red devil spoon to catch northern. I've always had good luck with that. For bass use one of those popping/whirl-a-gig things near reed beds that make a lot of noise like big bugs--best in the morning. I don't like catfish so I can't give you any advice for those.

Jeez, I couldn't avoid northern pike when I was fishing. What a disgusting, slimy fish. It was the walleye I couldn't manage catch. We were trawling in a deep lake, if that helps. I don't remember what the guys put on my line.

Use a large sucker for Northerns. Dead suckers with thier bellies cut open for the cats and large fly's for the bass.

I have no idea about the others but northern pike will bite onto anything....... The shiny lures, the fluorescent ones, the red and whites,...... whatever. They are born hungry and they will die hungry. IF they are biting, they will bite on anything.

Troll over ridges and other structure with spoons. Some Rapala type lures work as well.

Pike, spinners and jigs or Chubbs (Big minnows) for pike. Bass like small rapalas with tails, dunno on catfish, something that sinks and pops off the bed of the river.
